SANTIAGO CALATRAVA POSTER

This is a poster i found on Calatrava which i feel helps potray his style. I found that this poster is effective in showing not only a part of his style and masterpeice but his perception of thinking about himself.

He has used a one main picture as a watermark background which is effective if you want to try get your message accros more with the use of pictures. He has cleverly placed his information on the bottem left where apart of the architecture is clear so its easy to read. I also noticed he has his information and "quotes" starting from the left hand side and moving across. This is a common style of placement for information in posters. He has used a dull grey/green/blue colour throughout the poster giving his technique's and style a very modern edge to it.

I personally like this poster's layout, but i feel maby the entire picture in the background might be too much for what im thinking of planing out so i might try use lots of pictures without taking up the entire sheet. I wil definatly consider keeping the way he has positioned text, if not adapting to how i need it.
